Lovely game for little ones! Its well made, fun to play and has been a hit!

Bought for my 4 year old Grandson who loves maths. He really enjoyed playing it the first couple of times but then, once he’d correctly calculated the answers a few times, began to loose interest. I’ve actually made more cardboard ‘boulders’ with different sums on them to extend the interest time. Anything that encourages children to enjoy maths is a good thing....and this game is very good, but could definitely do with ‘sets’ of sums at different levels ( even if they were available as an ‘add on’ ) to extend its ‘life’ .

My son loves this game, he is 5 and really into maths at the moment. The added bonus of being allowed to tickle your opponent's mammoth (making them lose a stone) is a great touch.

Anyone familiar with Orchard Toys should now the basics. You get a robustly made and charmingly design 'game' which helps bring learning to life for your children.We bought this to help my son understand the concept of addition and subtraction better. The 'magic torch' which reveals the correct answer makes it super exciting and he can identify whether he got the answer right himself. An extra bonus is that the mammoth stands are super cute too!

A great game. Very educational but also fun. Great for my 6 year old to practice his maths. He is only able to use the easier sum cards however I’m sure he will get use of the more difficult sum cards next year! He loves using the flame tool to check if his answers are correct or not!
