KONGAqua - Floating Fetch Toy for Water Play - For Large Dogs

We have gone through several of these in the last couple of years, they are without a doubt the best fetch toy we come across, and we have been through a few! Its easy to throw because of the rope, its fairly tough, although not indestructable, it's bright orange so easy to spot and best of all it floats really well.The only downside and the reason we have gone through a few of them, is that it's so easy to throw that my husband keeps accidently throwing it so far into the sea that our dog cant swim out out to get it!Our dog is a smallish lurcher type and the large suits him perfectly so I would definately get the large if you have a medium or above sized dog.

My dog loves this kong toy. She loves dropping it in the sea and pouncing on it as it floats nicely.It is a very robust toy but the knotted end of rope has come undone and started to unravel.I am disappointed they are made with a plastic rope which slowly sheds which results in leaving plastic in the environment which is not a good thing and the reason this gets less than 5 stars.

Great product, good weight and dogs love it

Of all the kongs, our dogs love these the best . They float really well and do not sink regardless of length of time in the water. The large are a good size of a German shepherd and or malanois size dog . Our dogs go wild for them over the tougher rubber versions . There is no setup - it’s a dog ball - just unpack and away you go ready to use.My only criticism is that the rubber is possibly too soft and not quite durable enough. We tend to get through one a month at least just from general throwing . Also, the washers contained within the product to keep the rope from sliding from within the kong now seem to be less durable and countless times I have found myself having to improvise as the rope has come free. Not very safe really if you were leaving the dog alone with the ball.Otherwise a great product , expensive but probably worth the money .

Fantastic toy for water retrieval. Large one just the right size for our adult Labrador. Floats well, and the orange makes it highly visible for me & the dog. Used it on an incoming tide this morning - looks good, floats very visibly, and easy for Scooby (he came with that name!) to grab hold of. The nylon rope is perfect as it doesn't get water logged, but it's probably to flimsy for a game of tug - but then it's not for that is it?Also great on dry land as it bounces oddly. Usual Kong build.

Kong great fun - ideal to have bouncy floating toy for active dog. Rope part great to h help throwing but appears to be nylon which as chewed during play disintegrated and at risk of being swallowed

The only toy that seems to last with a German Shepard. It floats in water so no risk losing it there, orange colour makes it easy to spot in all terrain, the ball does not get damaged easily and the rope saves me from constantly having to touch a drooled on ball. Only non-positive to mention is that the rope is slightly too long so to avoid the dog constantly tripping over it, I tie it in a knot but due to the material a knot doesn't last long. The alternative would be cutting it and burning the end but the knot works well for me.

This toy is very easy to throw far because of its cord, it floats and is easy to spot in the water by the dogs. I like that I can take the cord with dogs that don't want to give me the toy.

We have two Labrador Retrievers and got this for the older ones 4th birthday. Both boys love to swim and play in the water, so this toy stays in the camper and is used quite often at least one weekend out of the month. Great to throw, tug and easy for them to retrieve from the lake. We do not let them play with it otherwise, since the puppy would destroy it with his rather sharp little raptor teeth, so it's still in very good shape.

Flotte parfaitement juste une petite remarque : Ne résiste pas aux fortes machoires "grignoteuses" !! (Cordage comme caoutchouc) 😉Mais il n est pas vendu comme "extreme"

Tengo 5 perros de distintos tamaños; desde un Teckel a un Drahtaar de 30kilos y les encanta jugar con el juguete en la piscina. Me dura aproximadamente dos veranos, y eso que lo muerden y juegan a lo bruto. Totalmente recomendable.
