I had injured by ankle not from exercise but painting a flat so I didn't think it was anything to worry about. 3 weeks later I'm still taking painkillers and can hardly walk as in complete agony. This product looked exactly what I was looking for. I read the reviews and there was mention of the velcro not being great but I thought I'd replace if it wasn't any good as the design looked good with me.Now I have the product, the velcro is not a problem at all and my pain lifted immediately. So no more painkillers and I was able to walk for a while yesterday. I am so very pleased with my purchase and I'm hoping it will speed up my recovery. As it holds my ankle firmly in place I am hoping this will be the case. I am only on day 2 so early days but so glad I can walk now and be pain free. Thank you for a great product.

I found that both the sock and wrap helped to take away the discomfort from my injured ankle.I did not wear them all day but found that initially they held the ankle and foot in the right position.

These are great for wearing at home with slippers on but I can't fit my feet in most shoes and those I could I ended up getting sore heals where the strap rubbed.

I have Achilles tendinitis, so I thought I would try one of these. It is certainly helping. However I haven’t tried any other type, so I can’t compare. I have no regrets.

This item was good value, good quality and the best ankle support I have bought. The wraparound velcro finish strap means that you can secure it to the correct tightness for you. It is washable and very durable.

Poor quality, and overpriced, only had it for two weeks and it's gone bobbly, and I have noticed a couple of elastic strands have snapped within the support. It has helped with support and allows me to be able to walk for longer, but heel spur pain comes back very quickly if you overdo it, needs more fabric around the heel to take pressure and have more cotton in it as it does make your foot hot. Not value for money
