Buying 2, because the first one did not work. These locks do not work. Don't waste your time and money. Had to send both back.

Serviceable.
I have installed similar lock and quality a bit less than older lock. Lock mechanism a bit rough and required lithium grease to improve.Like most door locks this one will keep the honest people out.

As for the key failure. The workmanship is average and the quality is very light. It feels easy to fall apart.
