I do not use the recommended 30g daily serving, as the packet only provides 7x30g servings and at £11.99 (current price) would mean a months supply would cost approximately £50! I therefore don’t use the recommended daily amount, so I can’t comment on if this really benefits me health wise. This mix can be added to yoghurt, baked goods, cereal, smoothies etc, I sprinkle a spoons worth on yogurt. You need to refrigerate after opening and use within 45 days. I really do enjoy the taste and texture, but due to the cost of using the recommended daily amount (which would be interesting to see if the health benefits aid symptoms and wellness by using the daily recommended amount) I can only see myself buying it again should the price drop or product goes on offer.

I have it for breakfast mixed with my cereal and it tastes good. A little bit pricey for what you get (260g) but still worth it.
