A great vacuum cum mop machine in one. It does the job well and quietly. Mop is standard quality for the 2-in - 1 model, so it wipes daily dust. The vacuum gets most of the dust, esp if you put in 2 times a space mode the wheel marks also get erased while mopping. Only thing is it cannot go over mats/wires. They get caught in suction, so remove any floor/bath mats and wires in ground before starting. Water tank is smaller than other 2 in 1, so if you're using 2 times for each space you may have to refill it inbetween. Best thing, it comes with a remote control for non wifi usage. So 1st time you will need wifi for mapping and setup, post that you don't need it. It can store multiple floor maps, has no mop/clean zones that can be marked. Customer support is helpful on call and help us figure things out. Set up us pretty much self explanatory. It's a perfect entry level 2 in 1 model that does the job well and for the price, it's amazing. Go for it if you're looking for no frills cleaning without high end features.

Best robotic vacuum cleaner. Has made my life a blessing. Ilife robotic vacuum cleaner has the optimum suction power with auto boost facility. It is better than any maid. It cleans (suction and mopping) of the floors efficiently, but the biggest gain is in the way it suctions the carpets and daily suctioning of carpets , has made the house ultra clean. The app is user friendly and even my 78 year old mother is able to handle it without any problem. The technical support provided is very good , prompt and helpful. It is a must have for each and every house. Totally worth it . Compared to a vacuum cleaner, where the dust collected in the dust bag is a big hassle to clean, in robotic vacuum cleaner, the dust is compressed and easily removed and the dust box is super easy to be cleaned . The mopping is very nice with just adequate optimum use of water not more or not less. The mapping of the house once done , it is really accurate to navigate. I strongly recommend this.

The ILIFE T60s is a solid robot vacuum for everyday cleaning. It has strong suction, navigates well and easily picks up dust, hair and small debris. The app is simple to use, and scheduling works smoothly. Limitations: It cannot remove hard stains and it needs manual effort. S-shape cleaning and mopping requires 2 hours and Y-shape needs 3 hours for completion. A special mention to Pragya from the support team, who called to check on my experience and provided helpful guidance. Overall a good and dependable robot vacuum for the price!

I’ve been using the ILIFE T20 since November, and it’s been working perfectly. Both the sweeping and mopping functions are excellent, and the device is very easy to clean and operate. I’m also really happy with the customer support. I recently faced a minor issue with the water droplet flow from the mop tank. The technical team guided me through some troubleshooting steps, but when the issue persisted, they quickly took device to there service center and repaired it. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the ILIFE product and their exceptional service. I did a lot of research before purchasing, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best in its range. I bought this product to reduce my mother's work of cleaning the house and it does a fantastic job of that. You just have to ensure that all obstacles, especially any feet cleaning mats that are lying around are removed so that you can switch it on and do the cleaning while you do something else, otherwise the mats can get stuck while it moves around. Coming to efficiency, I don't think it can get any better than this, the floors look spotless once cleaning is complete and it does a very thorough job, unlike house maids who will often avoid spots to get done quickly. The robot tries it's best to reach every corner possible. I compared this with many other higher priced models costing 3-5k more than this model and found that this gave almost all the features which more expensive models provide, so I feel I got a great deal. Just one con is that the robot keeps bumping into obstacles before it learns to avoid it, I feel this may reduce the life of the robot, so ideally it should just stop right before it hits the obstacle. The customer support is also great, you can reach them via WhatsApp whenever you face a problem and don't have to wait for hours or days before you get a call back. The Android app seems to have overly negative reviews on Play Store but I found it to be decent to use. After a day or two you get used to it. One important tip is to give yourself some time to learn how to use and maintain the robot correctly, take at least a week's time to understand how it works and eventually you should be able to set it on autopilot without needing to monitor eat.

Using since 3 months ... quality was good and the performance was great.. Easy to clean up and picks up minute distance particles incl baby hair....Efficient and time saving for day to day cleaning......
