Hedstrom Saturn Multiplay including Slide Chute

Like the previous reviews, the instructions are awful, took a while to put together. Would definitely recommened concreting it down. My partners grandkids love it & spent the whole afternoon on it the first day we put it put. Good buy at a good price :-)

Very excited to find that it all fitted into 2 boxes, but the excitement turned to frustration when we began assembling it. It took us all day. Diagrams are small and difficult to follow. There are a vast amount of bolts of different sizes and very vague descriptions of which ones to use where, and we were left with several spare ones after assembly. The instructions and diagram for assembling the slide and steps were particularly difficult to follow. There is no large picture of the final assembled piece.Having assembled it my grandson has been very happy playing on it. It would have been nice to have included long pegs for anchoring it. It is unrealistic to think that those of us in ordinary London gardens assembling the equipment on our lawns, are going to cement the legs into place. Overall I have found it to be fit for purpose.

Very good quality and service was excellent, the slide was cracked and they replaced this instantly , no questions asked.

I wish i could give 0 stars. Seesaw came away from the frame with 2 4 year olds on it. Luckily no major injuries. Hedstrom refusing any kind of help unless I dig it up, and send it back to them by post at my own cost. I would have thought they would have needed to help under the year guarantee. Amazon sent An email to them but to date no progress. I am so sad for my 4 year old. She can't play with it any more and we can't get a replacement.

Instructions do not help sort the hundred different screws, hard to work out where what goes where and may require you to undo what you have done and try alternative. May require time to work out what's goes where and takes roughly half a day to get it done. Once up product it good.

The quality of the Hedstrom is very good and once up it is fine. Warning, this is very difficult to put together due to all the screws and bolts thrown into one bag and not labelled. You have to measure each and every bolt carefully as they are close in measurement. In this day and age it is not difficult for a company to find a supplier who can sort and bag the bolts. This was a huge let down after paying alot of money.
