I bough this when it was on sale at circa £5, at which price I thought it was great value as a gift for a proper licenced accessory. The wood textures moulded into the shaft and body are really nicely done, giving it a very passing finish and pleasant handheld texture.

Bought as a gift for a fellow geek. This isn’t like an official wand that you’d buy from the studio but will do for children or fancy dress.

I bought this for my partner as she’s a huge fan. The excitement on her face was worth the purchase but as soon as removed from the packaging her attitudes changed, lucky for me she tried her best not to show her disappointment in the cheap looking and feeling plastic

My little boy loved this - it looks great but is a little thinner than expected

A little bit plasticky but certainly sturdy enough and great for a Hermione costume.Kids play with it doing Harry Potter spells quite a lot.
