I have been taking this daily for years. Amazon has it and always for quick delivery. There is really no problem with taste, color or smell. You just easily swallow it. It has many vitamins that it covers.

I take this B-Vitamin complex every morning, and I can definitely tell a difference in my energy level when I don't take it. The capsules can get a little dusty (from a little bit of leakage I assume) near the bottom of the bottle, but they still don't taste bad, they just have a little more of a taste than they usually do. I have been taking this for at least a year and don't plan to switch vitamin producers anytime soon.

I have had surgery to remove my colon, and some small intestine, and my diet is limited. This product is very strong, and taking 2 a day boosts my energy level, and overall well being . The flavor of B vitamins should not be part of the rating. They are B vitamins...they smell and taste terrible. You swallow the capsule so it isn't an issue. Taste is irrelevant here. I put 5 stars on taste so the rest of the rating wasn't dragged down.

I like this brand---trust it. I need extra B vitamins because of a stressful job. They help me--and it's not in my head, because I'm too busy to ponder my belly button. I just notice a difference when I'm not using it.
