I tried this pill before olly focus gummies and b complex and doesn’t work. I’m not focus on reading and I get bored. With this olly pill is kind like energy to pay attention to things. I wish vitamin b complex would help it doesn’t it. I have disability so yeah Updates taking them again - having feel tried or what to sleep. I’m not craving coffee no more
