Persian Area Rugs Area Rug

After months and months of rug shopping, I couldn't find what we were looking for and I was starting to think I was going to have to pay over $1,000 for a rug this size that I liked. I figured a rug at this price would be terrible, but I decided to roll the dice on this one and I'm so happy we did!! The rug looks fantastic and it's so soft! I'm actually embarrassed that I paid $400 for a smaller rug in our house.

STAINS: The reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because it came with a few very very light, but kind of large stains. I inspected the whole rug to see if I could detect other signs of use like animal hair, dirt, debris, lint etc. but I didn't. So I decided this would be a test and if I could get the stains out, and easily, I would keep it. I could, and they came out very easily. I considered that a good sign because we have two dogs and a cat, so for such a light rug, that is a must. I have since spilled soy sauce on it as well, and that too came out very easily.QUALITY/SOFTNESS: This is definitely a much higher quality low pile rug compared to the other thin rugs out there. When I first pulled it out of the packaging, I was a little disappointed with the feel of it because I read so many reviews talking about how soft it is. However, it does have a very soft and plush feel when you walk on it, so I get it. That checks out. It feels very nice when walking on it.COLOR: One review also mentioned that the color changes and that's true too, at least for the Silver color. When looking at it from one direction and directly above it, the pattern is bold and the colors darker, but when looking at it from the other side it's a very soft silver color. The cream/ivory is more of an off-white.PRINT: With these traditional/oriental patterned rugs, if the rug is cheap, the pattern is always pixelated. This rug's pattern is not, it looks great.THICKNESS: Since it is a thinner/low pile rug, it does require putting a couple of weights on the corners for the first day or so until they lay flat and then you're good, they stay flat. Unlike with other thin but cheap rugs, you end up having to put weights on the entire perimeter, for days. There is also no rippling.

For the price and size it's a steal. Great quality and fit well in my front living room under the sectional. I've had it for a few months and have not have any trouble with it all. It came rolled and flattened out by simply placing the furniture on the corners for a day or so. It's the perfect gray. I was worried the black accents would make it look cheap but it's just the right amount. I looked for WEEKS before I settled on this one and was glad I did.

Love this rug! Bought it in "Silver" in 8x10 and I couldn't be happier. Bought it for the reasonable price and design, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and feel. Our pup (and us, too) loves how soft it is.

The colors in the rug cover a wide range of blues - making it a great rug to decorate around if blue is your anchor. I would give it 5 stars for appearance. The rug is thin, but the backing is strong enough to keep it in place. The texture is soft and similar to a silk rug. But be advised- this rug arrived with a strong chemical odor. It seems the odor is from the backing. After airing the rug on a screened porch for 4 days and then one day in the sun (backing side up) AND sprinkling both sides with baking soda twice and vacuuming 3 to 4 times the smell eventually dissipated. If I didn't have an outdoor space to air out the rug, and time to work on it, I would have to return it for a refund.

I ordered the silver color. I guess you could call it silver it’s a silver-ish super light gray. I love the worn more casual look of the carpet. It came quickly and packaged great. It’s a nice carpet for the money. It’s thin and soft and it won’t be an issue if anyone’s spills something on it and it has to be thrown out. I unrolled it and set several hand weights on the corners to help smooth it out. Looks great.

I never thought I would love the look and feel of this but I do! I have Persian rugs I bought at auction and I love but i needed to update a room"s look. It's my family room and I have two young pets. Whereas they are both well trained, they shed like crazy and play hard. I ordered this rug mainly because of the reviews but also the price. It is absolutely beautiful. It has a great pile and feels lush underfoot. The rug vacuums up well and it layed flat on the floor after only a few days of installation. It came rolled up so it curled a bit at first. I chose the burgundy rust. It's more rust than burgundy but I like it. My previous rug was more maroon and this rug brightens up the room.It is definitely my intention to buy another from this seller in about two weeks. I'm impressed with the product and it was at my doorstep in two business days. The price was fantastic for the product. Thank you!

I'm so happy with the price, quality, shipping, colors, and plushness of this rug. My daughters have been calling it a magic carpet because from one angle, the rug is a deep teal and from another angle, it's a soft light blue. I wouldn't say it's in the aqua family because there's almost no hints of green from the other angle. Think icy blue. What an interesting rug! I have seafoam/aqua/mint/Robbin egg blue accents in our living room and while the rug doesn't go perfectly, I'm still thrilled. I'll be adding icy blue accents to our living room. My husband even likes this rug! If you're debating on whether or not to buy this, just do it. You won't be sorry!
