Clear and easy to understand.

Book was exactly what I needed, however, I did not need it as long as expected. Worked perfect for what I used it for.

A good textbook on the general principles of operations, logistics, and supply chain management. Maybe not worth the "new" price (save the big $ for a more meaningful, complex operations book) but a solid text nonetheless.

Great book. Received it in great condition from amazon. Great price as well. Will be more than willing to buy another text book from amazon.

nice deal 5 x cheaper than renting it for a semester which is insane to pay that much.

Just be aware that the book does not come with an access code for Connect. I haven't completed the course so just leaving the review at 3 stars as I'm not sure of the content of the book.

As with other textbooks I've purchased that utilize a companion online resource, purchasing a brand new version of this book for approximately $160 did not include the registration code for McGraw Hill connect. I am returning this book to buy a used version so that I can afford to pay the $50 Connect fee.This book is required for an MBA class, yet it's clearly written for undergrads.
