Q: Does each flower have a stem? And if so, how long are they?

Hi, the flower box has separate stems and flower heads, and the flower diameter length is 11.8 inches. The flower combination has sufficient number of stems inside

Yes! I actually use them and they come out great in photos

Q: How can I find a video to assemble these? I’ve never put flowers together, so not sure how to put the greenery on the stems with the flowers.

Flower combinations inside we give away enough flowers wire stems, you can use 1 flower stems linked to a leaf, and a stem connected to a flower head, all the flower heads and leaves are connected to the flower stems, you can put together

Q: Anyone uses these for balloon arch? Will the steams be as gentle as flowers? Concerned abouts steams being sharp and popping the baloons

Hi, so I haven't used them for balloons. However I've used them for other crafting things. The stems that come on some of the flowers are your traditional hard plastic coating around wire. There are softer more wooden texture ones supplied too that you might replace with but all flowers can be removed from the stems and you could just attach them by other means. I was inserting clear plastic line into the base stems with hot glue and then once it set up was tying it in places where I wanted it. No sharp corners that way. The regular wire could definitely pop the balloons if you try to work with them since it takes some pressure to bend and arrange them.
