Awesome customer service.
Flimsy. Updated, the customer service is brilliant, I left a review and they contacted me almost immediately to discuss. They offered me a refund and to keep the product. It is still up and being used with no performs just not quite what I was after but vising the way they dealt with me I couldn't be happier and will definitely look to purchase from them again.

amazing product
just got round to build it up last night and let me tell you....it finally solved all my space problems!!! (guilty of shoe addiction!) got rid of loads of boxes/bags and now all my shoes are beautifully there in sight, making it much easier to get to wear them all!best 20 quid ever spent! (Black Friday magic, don't hate)

Great Product and Seller Support
There was no instruction included but seller support was very helpful on how to build it by sending instruction online. Overall the product is very strong unlike others where their product collapse. Would recommend!
