Arrived damaged but great return service
It looks great and was really flat when folfed. But there were screws missing and the bottom step for damaged straight away. Returning the product and refund went perfectly. I hope I was unlucky. It looks great

EMERGENCY ... THIS PRODUCT COLLAPSED .. DON'T BUY ...
I was standing on the 4th wrung of 6 and the left aluminum side collapsed at the first and third wrungs and the right side collapsed at the third wrung causing me to fall off the ladder. This ladder is not acceptable for safe use. do not purchase if you don't want the ladder to collapse.
