Best support for BJJ / grappling / MMA. Comfortable, supportive and stays in place for the whole duration of wearI bought this following a meniscus tear and have been wearing it solidly at training over the last 18 months. Starting to wear on the inside now (material is torn internally around the silicon 'O' ring support) but it gets washed 2-3x a week and is holding up way better than any other type of knee support I've owned. Original fit and shape have held true to the first time I wore it and it doesn't seem to hold any gross smells which is usually the case with training gear that has regular use.Most people in my gym who wear one now have this same knee support

Was toying between this knee brace and a cheaper alternative that seemed similar, was recommended bauerfiend by people at the gym so thought id give it a go. Put it on when i unwrapped it and you can tell where your money has gone. Dont bother with a cheaper knee brace

For anyone who does combat sports, especially grappling, BJJ, MMA etc, this is THE support for post knee injury. It stays on through hard sparring and doesn't have hard bits to dig in and annoy people
