A very decent little read but a bit on the short side. I'm going to read the next book to see what happens

Well written story, A believable tale of Bigfoot. There's the right amount of tension and suspense and until the end you'll be guessing and changing your mind!

I enjoyed this Book. No people eating monsters just ones with a sense of justice. It’s a nice escapees read.

A new twist on Bigfoot. Easy read and likeable characters. Can't wait for book 2. I enjoyed it and think you will too.

I just finished the book a few minutes ago, and I'm having a difficult time deciding what to say about it. Most of the book is quite tame, describing a trek through the forest. Even when the violence first occurs, its described as the aftermath, not as gory play by play. However, that being said, the book left me feeling unsettled and disturbed. The ending tied up character arcs and plot lines, yet seemed abrupt. Ms. Tombs' writing is fine; there was nothing stylistically wrong, at all, but I won't be buying the rest of the books in the series. That's just a matter of personal preference; it wasn't the story I expected to read. If you have an interest in the subject matter, I'd say give it a go. Your opinion may be totally different than mine.
