Gütermann - Gütermann Assorted Colours Jeans (100-200m) Sewing Thread Set - 5 Pieces

I needed to hand sew the crotch of some jean shorts and this thread was perfect for the job. You can barely see the stitches and the thread is good and strong. Ideal for hand or machine stitching.

I prefer Jeans thread to top stitching thread, it is much easier to use! The colours are perfect contrast on denim and the weight is just heavy enough to create drama, I also love Gutermann thread, it's great quality

Very strong thread and the colours ideal for jeans. At least it didn't break while sewing thick jeans with my sewing machine, and it seems difficult to break from tension. Also much cheaper than buying individual spools. It is thicker than the standard gutermann thread.

Gutermann is the leader if not one of the top guns when it comes to thread for sewing machines. I saved up for this set and the quality is very good. Wish they made a case for it rather than just selling it in plastic and paper.

Just used the Medium Denim thread from this set to machine darn a pair of expensive jeans that had started to go at the knee; the look may be in fashion, but it's not for me :-) The thread is strong and the colour and feel is just right for denim. A comprehensive set, with plenty of options should you choose to get adventurous. As purely an amateur, It will probably last me for years.

Great colour selection to have in stock at home for general daily use. Had difficulty sourcing from shops in Ireland so was fortunate to be able to get them online for such a good price.

This thread is super strong! I could not break it at all by hand. I used some to fix ripped webbing on a tent and was easy to sew with and looks like it will out last the webbing itself. Very impressed. The four pack set was the best value.

No issues, very strong thread, very good mechanism to keep your thread tidy when finished.

The thread is as strong as touted, but I also found the spool design to be very useful—although I don't know quite how to describe it... There is a groove which you can pull the end of the thread into in order to secure it which works much better than the little knick on most.

I have a dog that loves to put holes and then destuff her toys. This tread is super strong and perfect once I sew with this thread I don't have her reopening that area....maybe a new area but where this thread goes it stays closed.

I bought these so I can fix some spots in my husband's Jeans that are wearing through. So far the color machine has been great and we have not had any issues with the thread breaking. I would definitely recommend this set.
