These are a great buy. I've knit mittens with them and had no issues with the needles. The yarn slides easily off the needles while knitting and they are not flimsy. Very well made. A great deal for the money.

The knitting needles are good quality but the sizing is not accurate. On the good side, the sizing ruler is very accurate to determine what size is actually in each packet but they don’t match what is printed. The extras with the set are well worth the cost, especially the crochet hook repair set on a key ring. The tapestry needles in case are also very nice. I’m keeping the set but still need to get a set of #4 3.5 mm set for my project!

Bought these needles because i wanted to try using DPNs and the price seemed good for all that it came with. They are great. They feel sturdy, are super smooth and they feel like pretty good quality.The markers, yarn needles, measuring tape and crochet hooks are a big plus too.

I bought this set specifically for the 3.5 mm needles, but the ones that say they're 3.5 actually measure as 3.75. At first I was a little upset about this, but then I realized that 1 mm is already very small, and .25 mm is very *very* small, so I knit with them anyway and it literally made no difference. The stitches on the sleeves I knit with these are indistinguishable from the stitches on the body that I knit with actual 3.5 mm circulars.If you're going to split hairs (literally--0.25 mm is about the width as two human hairs) about needles that are mislabeled, another set will be better for you. But if you don't care as much about that, this is a great set. It has a nice range of needle sizes for a great price and is worth it if you anticipate using DPNs often. I have no complaints about the way they feel with the yarn or in my hands.

They had a funky smell when I first got them. Other than that they work well. I like how small they are so it makes it easy to handle. Plus the kit that comes with the needles is pretty handy. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to get into knitting.

Light weight, smooth, no odor. The plastic packaging smells like plastic packaging and airs out. The needle sizer clears up some of the confusion about US and other types of sizes, and the yarn sized sewing needles are handy. Now I just have to knit some sleeves to justify the purchase.

very thin, easily bent if you put too much tension on them while knitting. Otherwise they do great.
