Not for beginners absolutely!!!
I wouldn’t recommend this for a newbie in the GYM. It’s meant for advanced athletes. Awesome product.. but avoid prolong usage. Early mornings in the GYM is explosive with this in your gut. Pumps the muscles very hard.. can cause tingling sensation on the face and body. Recommend to use quarter of a scoop and increase gradually over time. Don’t use this after 06 as can cause insomnia.

Does everything as mentioned lasts a while even if you are using one scoop, pumps are great and increases great veins popping (could just be genes) but overall its great
