Tablet on the large side but no other negatives so far
I haven't had my cholesterol levels tested since buying this product, slight downside the tablets are quite large which is not a problem for me but some people do not like swallowing large tablets

I am sure these are a great product but unfortunately they upset my stomach so I couldn't take them.

Read the side effects on the label
I bought the item and started taking it, as I have a slight ( at present ) cholesterol problem. My problem is hereditary. The reason I chose this product is that it had very good reviews. Within the first 24 hours of taking it I started feeling nauseatic. I reduced the dosage from three to two, then to one then to half, and every time the intensity of the nausea would reduce, but it would not go away.I then discovered that it is written on the label that a possible side-effect is nausea or sleeplessness ( I did not experience the latter ) The label said that if the user experiences any of the above, they will need to stop it immediately.So I stopped it.Obviously it did not fulfil its purpose at all.Pity the money I spent for it.
