Great water boiler and cooker.
Simple but very efficient water boiler and a good cooker for one camping.Handy not having to carry fue.

The draw of the chimney generates great heat and little smoke off whatever is being burnt, within reason obviously. I've had best results using birch wood kindling and pine cones. Boils in minutes as advertised and packs away neatly in the carry bag. Great product, it will make a welcome addition to my camping gear.

Light weight camping kettle/ cooking . A must for the outdoors type
Have used kettle during the freezing weather, was extremely happy with the performance. 1.2litres of Water heats up quickly . My reason for only 4 stars was because as i pulled rubber bung out of kettle container the chain broke! Slightly disappointed with strength of chain. But this does not effect the overall performance of product. Haven't used cooking pots yet but am sure these will be effective. Idea when working outside, fishing , hiking and camping

My son was delighted with this as he and his family are keen campers. Worked well but not as quickly as the enclosed leaflet suggested it would.

Bought for my son (12) who absolutely loves it. Spent hours out in the wind and rain over Christmas holiday setting it up everytime anyone was agreeable enough to say they wanted a cup of tea. The problem was not using the kettle but drying out enough sticks to light it!

Like it overall
Like it overall, but I had real trouble keeping the fire going. Resorted to me MSR Whisperlite whivh made three meals and three beverages before the Kelly Kettle got started!

Kelly Kettle "Scout" Satz
Auf den ersten Blick der "Scout" set schien es mir etwas über-dimensioniert zu sein. Beim "Feldtest" aber bestätigt sich der erste Eindrück nicht.Der Kessel selber, sollte nie ohne Wasser im Innenraum zum Einsatz gebraucht werden. Der Fassungsvermögen reicht zum Wasserkochen für Zwei bis Drei Tassen. Der Zugeffekt der Kessel sollte nicht unterschätzt werden und dürch den (mitgeliefert) "Kreuz-aufsatz" wird der Energie des Feuers optimal benützt. Ich kann nur empfehlen der "Kelly Kettle" Kochplatte direkt mit bestellen, da das Wasser Kocht so schnell das anderen Gargut werden nicht rechtzeitig fertig während das Wasser aus der Kessel überkocht! Der mitgelieferten Tasche hat mehr als genüg Platz und kann auch für der Transport von zusätzlichen Zundmittel (Holzstöckchen / Brennpaste / Feuezeug usw.) benutzt werden.Ich finde das der Kelly Kettles ist eine tolle Lösung zum Fairem Preis

Good stuff
Bought it and used it during a camping trip. I was skeptic about how fast the water boils, but it boils in the blink of an eye. The heat coming from the top of the chimney is intense and cooked my eggs as fast as I would use a regular stove. Great stuff, I like the size of the Scout version and all the components are as described. A mate of mine ordered one too and used the stove without water in it... Never do that, it burned a hole in the chimney. It is however mentioned in their Q&A, so not an unknown complaint.

Habe mir dieses Teil für einen Campingurlaub in Kanada zugelegt und bin sehr zufrieden. Der Kocher ist toll: man darf ihn im Flugzeug mitnehmen (Hauptgepäck), da für diesen Kocher weder Gas noch Grillanzünder noch Spiritus benötigt wird. Wasser wird schnell erhitzt, man kann gut damit Nudeln kochen oder Eintöpfe o.ä. erhitzen. Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem "Kelly Kettle".

Originelles Ausrüstungsteil
Vom Prinzip prima erdacht erhitzt diese "Kanne" in ca 15min mit einigen dünnen Holzscheiten eine volle Ladiung Wasser.Sinnvolles Zubehör und Transportbeutel.Im Gegensatz zum Gaskocher fällt natürlich Reinigungsbedarf an. Spassfaktor wird mitgeliefert.

Toller Outdoorkocher
durchdachtes Design und mit allem, was Mutter Natur so hergibt zu betreiben.Das Set lässt keine Wünsche offen, der Packbeutel ermöglicht auch gut das befestigen aussen am Rucksack.
