Very enjoyable read!
A very easy, enjoyable read! It is short and to the point but that does not take away any enjoyment of this great piece of history. I found the book to be a history lesson told like a story. Well done.

I became a little obsessed with learning about Russia’s imperial history after watching a BBC production of War and Peace. This short history of the Romanov family was a pleasure for me to read. It’s thoroughly researched, well written, and really interesting.

History with the boring bits left out!
It's good to know where Ivan the Terrible, Catherine the Great, and Nicholas the Bloody got their names from. Also reading about Rasputin is interesting. This is a great short history book to keep you entertained!

Quick and easy read
I would have loved to have seen photos too but I especially enjoyed the information on the imposter princess. I always wondered what happened. Will always be a mystery and the information on missing romanoff jewels….. would be amazing if they were found someday!

classic bait and switch. a real fraud
no photos and an obviously bat and switch. like selling Sound of Music and cutting out all the songs. too blatant a fraud. must follow-up
