I take CoQ10 quite a lot and I swear after I'm done with the bottle I do feel a liiiittle bit different afterwards. It's difficult with supplements but some really are just that great. I didn't feel much of a difference at all with these despite finishing off the whole bottleMight work for someone else though as everyone reacts differently

Back in the early aughts I was really into "bulletproof coffee," strong coffee with a tablespoon of pure butter added to it, as a precursor to every single morning workout. I admit it took a while for me to smarten up and switch to an MTC oil which I have been adding to my post-workout smoothie for at least a decade. This little pill takes the place of the MTC oil. Really convenient to have these on hand for travel since the TSA frowns upon traveling with a bottle of MTC oil in one's carry-on. No aftertaste, no grossly flavorful burbs, and no messy drips down a bottle. I still intend to use MTC oil, but this stuff is great as an alternative. The reason for four stars is solely due to my beef with over-packaging. There are 30 medium-sized pills in a bottle which would easily hold two and a half times that amount. Just stop wasting all that plastic and put it in a smaller bottle.

Its kind of hard to review supplements, I only wright something after researching the product and ingredient's. I have had good results with no negative side affects thus far, it appears to do as advertised. I'll update if I have anything negative to report.

After doing some homework and discovering that PQQ can promote mitochondrial health, I happily placed the order for a bottle of Bulletproof CoQ10 Energy.Of course, general health benefits from PQQ are going to be a long-term proposition, but I can say that CoQ10 and MCT oil have both been very good for me, and I’m glad to see those combined into a single convenient product along with PQQ.The softgels are fairly small and extremely easy to swallow. My bottle carries an expiration date 22 months out, so freshness is good. After several days, I’ve experienced no gastrointestinal discomfort or other issues, which is good.Coming to the bottom line, I would have preferred to see 60 capsules per container at the current selling price, so minus one star for value, but still a product I can recommend.
