It works brilliantly! Our cat is regularly sick after eating from a "normal" floor-height bowl. He has not been sick ONCE yet after eating, since we replaced his bowl with this elevated cat bowl. And he clearly prefers this bowl, eating more slowly and frequently rather than bolting his food. We chose this bowl over cheaper plastic alternatives, because it is elevated higher than most, is more hygienic gloss ceramic, and looked good in the picture. In fact, as well as those it is high quality, and is heavy and solid enough to not worry about it toppling over. And the in-carton packaging was outstanding. Well worth the money and highly recommended - we have since bought a second one.

Worth the money, easy to clean, nice design. Doesn’t shuffle as the cats eat, doesn’t bother their whiskers, and helps them keep food down. Really good quality, we’ve bought 4 so far and plan to buy more - this will be the only ones we use.

Really pleased with this bowl, it’s the perfect height for my cat. She’s 19, and has been ill- we found elevating her bowl seemed to help. This is a brilliant and tidy solution as opposed to having a cat bowl on top of a stack of cookery books!

It is good for my old cat as it helps with less neck extension and the food is easier to digest and not on the floor.Though it is expensive but it is a very good looking bowl just right for my cat.

Got the food/water set and another single for my senior CKD kitty who went off his food. I wish I had invested in these ages ago. It's encouraging him to eat more and I can see that he is much more comfortable. I've only had them for a few days so we'll see if he ends up tipping the water bowl trying to move it around like his other bowl but so far so good. They are of good quality, attractive and easy to clean. I'll probably end up buying one more so I can have one for dry food and 2 to rotate for his wet food.....10/10 recommend.

Nice color. Nice size, heavy, sturdy and easy to clean. The wide bowl is supposed to help with whisker fatigue. I have mine on a silicone mat so it stays in place. The height is just the right size which makes it easier on my elderly cat's joints as he doesn't have to bend down to eat. He seems to like it so I like it.

I have had cats for 35 years and have tried a lot of different dishes. These are the best I have ever received. They are raised to the perfect height for my elderly cats and, unlike other raised dishes I have purchased, are wide enough so that they do not cause whisker fatigue. Anyone who has cats knows that if the feeding dish irritates your cats' very sensitive whiskers, they will either not eat at all or will push the food out of the bowl to eat it. These dishes eliminate that problem. Plus, they are ceramic eliminating the risk of bacteria building up as it does on plastic dishes. The matching water dish is also perfect for the same reason. It is wide and deep but not too deep. I only feed my cats canned food, but these would work equally well for dry food. I bought 3 of these dishes and the matching water dish. My cats could not be more pleased and neither could I. Highly recommend and a great value!

These are great to prevent whisker fatigue and are a good height for my cat to eat. I also like the rim which helps prevent water from spilling. They're a bit expensive, but since they're so well designed and good quality ceramic, I think it's worth it. Enjoy!
