Did not respond to email requesting information
I sent an email, asking for advice to this company as the bar code reader does not operate outwith the cradle. No response.I then decided to return it and asked for the relevant information to enable me to do this but again, no response.I am having to put this down to experience and write this off.I now have a bar code reader that is not fit for purpose.
