This wedge is great quality- just the right amount of density. I like the platform at the top a lot. It makes balancing easier and it’s easier on my back. This is the only product I know of with that design. It’s light weight and easy to store, perfect width and height for goblet squats. Great performance- holds up well use after use- doesn’t wear at all.

I would rate this as one of the best purchases I have ever made for my workout journey. Thought it was weird at first but it really did help my posture and improved my form. Finally felt like i was hitting the perfect squat. The foam is high density and I have been using it for 2 weeks and its holding up just fine. It fits in my gym bag so its easy to take to the gym and the design is sleek so its not embarrassing when i use it. Also, the packaging is nice so thats a plus. 10/10

This wedge felt like an answer to my prayers!! I’ve tried squat wedges in the past and they were either really hard to use since they came with 2 separate wedges or really heavy if 1 piece. This was a great medium being a good size as well as light enough to fit in my gym bag. DEFINITELY IMPROVED MY SQUAT MOBILITY. 10/10 would Recommend!

It is not as tall as they make it seem in the picture, it has barely any height on it. It is light and cheap, I am 100% sure after a good couple weeks of using this to workout it will fall apart. It is one pound (if even that) of cheap foam with barely any grade on it for proper use. The pictures they use to sell this product are extremely deceiving

First off the pad is extremely light weight and can be stored and used very easily. It’s great for squats and can help keep a good form, but for calf raises I think the top portion is just too small and my feet slip way too often. I generally use this with just socks, so maybe I’ll try with shoes to see if it’s better, but that’s not what I bought it for. Other than that it’s definitely helpful but in my opinion a little overpriced and too small on the top surface portion.

Great wedge. I use mine mainly for barbell squats, RDLs, and calf raises when I can’t use a machine. The wedge is extremely light, sturdy, and the wide design allows me to make sure the wedge is straight. I’ve tried other wedges and so far this is my favorite. You can really feel the difference in my quads when using this product. 10/10 I would recommend this product.

I wanted to love this, but it’s just OK. I think my main issue with it is that the slant is not steep enough. I like that it’s one piece, so you don’t have to worry about lining up two separate wedges (one for each foot). If you’re looking for an incline that really targets your glutes, this one is probably not steep enough for that.

Love this wedge! I have had it for several years now and it has held up. Definitely helpful for knees & flat footed people.
