Q: Can band be replaced if needed?

I'm sure it can as it looks like any other watch.

Q: Is the strap real leather, or PU? I'll return it if it's PU.

I believe it is real leather, per it's description. In any event it is very comfortable. For a lower priced watch, it is more than satisfactory.

Q: Fits what size wrists ?

I have an 8 inch wrist and it fits me with one hole left over.
