Love c4, the only issue is they delivered midnight cherry, not cotton candy as stated. But I do like cherry nonetheless, just wasn't what I expected.

Not TRUE zero neto carb drink. This item contains SUCRALOSE, which will increase your insulin levels. Which in effect will make you take up MORE sugar from everything else you are eating or drinking. So in effect: it is far from being zero calorie. People need to be very sceptical against the industry, a lot of producers are adding cheap sweetner replacements which technically in itself are 0 calorie. But those cheap replacements triggers your body to spike up your Insulin, which results that your body will store much more of everything else you eat/drink as bodyweight etc. So big NO. This product is therefor NOT keto friendly. Some acceptable (TRUE) Zero net carb sweetner replacements are: Stevia Monk fruit Erythriol

Great taste with a solid energy boost that doesn't leave you jittery. Also contains betaine which is a proven performance enhancer and has also been studied to increase longevity

schmeckt gut, aber: a) macht mich persönlich nicht wacher b) hat bei täglichem Konsum für einen krass erhöhten B12-Spiegel und damit verbundene Symptome gesorgt 🙈
