While it’s a good product and cleans well and has a decent battery life, while we only used it 1 time and tried to charge it back up again, it no longer held a charge or would even charge back up

I received this item and it already broke one of the connection plastic tags from one of the brushes fitting it on the machine itself. Very poor and cheap quality. It's very slow and I dont believe this will do the job affectively as it says it does. I'm thank Amazon Australia for their understanding, support and full refund. I was satisfied with that... I do not recommend this product.
