Good alternative to expensive weight loss tablets
I have been using these for 2 months now mainly when having a high carbohydrate meal. I have noticed that I have maintained my weight loss and am positive that these are helping. I previously used xls medical but find these do the job at a fraction of the price.Don't expect miracles but if you eat sensibly and use these when you do over indulge I have found I can keep my weight stable.
