Spiral Sliced Country Half Ham (5-6 lbs.)

The ham itself was very tasty, however a large portion of the weight was bone and yielded a very small portion of meat for the money. This was my second ham and it was not nearly as hearty as the first

I bought this ham for our Christmas it was so salty it was inedible. I realize that this is a country ham and have a high salt content however I thought because it was advertised a cooked spiral ham all I would need to do is stick it in the oven for the recommended time and I would have a perfect ham. The spirals on this ham was only marked on top and not sliced through to the bone. I paid $89 plus shipping for this ham that no one could eat. I would never recommend this product to anyone.

I have been eating Smithfield salt cured Country Ham as a Christmas treat for many years. For some reason; I could not find my special ham locally this year. I ordered this small spiral sliced Smithfield Country Ham and it worked out perfect. I received it in plenty of time for Christmas and it was good as any I have had in the past. A note for everyone reading this: This is a salt cured County Ham not your regular fully cooked smoked ham.

So far, I've purchased 5 of these hams. Four were gifts and one to keep. They were a big hit all the way around !

The ham was absolutely delicious but I was disappointed that it was not boneless. I thought that I ordered a boneless ham.

I receive this ham today the ham was a Williamsburg ham Not smithfield Ham. It weighed 4 lbs with a large center Bone at the the price was about $15 per pound or $20 with out the shank. Not as advertized !!!!!!! It was shipped un refrigerated but Had Instructions to REFRIGERATE!

It is a salt cured ham, so we were expecting salty, but it was so salty that it was inedible. It tasted of nothing but salt. It was disgusting. At least we had our side dishes, so Xmas eve dinner wasn't a complete failure.

I was very disappointed with this ham, it was way too salty. I would not purchase it again. Smithfield is a product I have purchased in our local grocery store and it was delicious.
