Give me super creamy extraction for espresso, with multiple built-in grinding options

Works well, also for REAL espresso with an incredibly fine griding
I bought as a present for myslf to upgrade from my ceramic grinder. I was skeptical of the brand, but works very well and the cleaning system (air button) works also well. At the finest settings the coffee almost does not come out of the machine, my ideal is 3 (espresso is 1 to 5 of the various settings), while with my cheap ceramic grinder this was not the case and the grinding was coarse and irregular even at the finest level It still is a relatively cheap machine, there are some minor design imperfections, such as the rubber of the top coming easily off or the fact that would be nice to have a button for a single shot and a button for 2 shots, not just a timer that can be set, bu overall can't complain for now!

inner electrical fuse got burned
Everything is great. excellent! except after one year the inner electrical fuse got burned 2A 240 V fuse.
