We’ll engineered and sturdy
A great tripod, well designed and built. The price is very good considering it includes the ball head. The head is a huge improvement on my last one, it locks firm and is has a very smooth operation. I would definitely buy a 3 legged thing product again.

Superb Tripod
Solidly built, the weight is just right for carrying around, and it folds to a handy size and a bag is included. Perfect height (for someone 6'0") when extended fully. I highly recommend this tripod.

Very Disappointed
Super lightweight and so much easier to carry around for the day unlike my much heavier Manfrotto. But unfortunately, here the good points end. It has been used mainly with my Canon 80D and 24-70 lens, so have not been using any heavy telephotos. I have not found the tripod to be very stable and was out taking some long exposure shots of about 5 seconds in moderately windy conditions. The resulting images had some motion blur which means that the wind was causing movement in the tripod. The legs also seem to flex somewhat. I have also had to tighten one leg up as there was virtually no resistance in it. Continuing with stability, I would now not trust this tripod in anything other than calm conditions, as when having taken an image and then looking in my camera bag, to my horror the tripod blew over complete with the above camera and lens. Very fortunately, and in spite of landing on concrete, I only broke an ND filter and the filter adapter ring. I have also noticed today that one of the rubber screw-in feet has fallen off somewhere, so I'm going to have to buy a replacement. I also consider that the tripod head is not substantial enough for an SLR. Unless you have the locking knob as tight as you can possibly get it, you are likely to get some unwanted movement due to gravity. All in all, I'm disappointed with this item and wish I had spent a bit more on a Benro or Manfrotto carbon fibre tripod.

Great travel tripod
This seems to be a great travel tripod with out going to the expense of carbon fibre. Really well built and very robust, the only thing i have noticed is the rubber on the centre column clamp feels like it flexing when tightening the clamp. But would highly recommend, works great with Olympus OMD EM10.

Great tri/mono pod
A great balance of weight and fuctionalaity. Well thoughtout placement of spirit levels. Conversion to mon-pod is simple and quick to do. Good degree of adjustability on the leg length and angle of set.Not as short as some lightweights when packed away but on balance a price well worth paying.

Best 3 legged friend ever.
Have not purchased a tripod in 20 years; so very pleased I decided on this one. I think it is beautifully made and engineered. Used it over the weekend and it seems to give more than adequate support to my Fuji cameras and lenses. I do a lot of walking and see no problem carrying this with it’s size and weight. The service from Carmarthen Cameras was good. Have purchased from them before and have had no issues.

Great tripod
I am absolutely loving this tripod. Its got a real quality feel to it. A little heavier than anticipated, but I am not complaining given that this is a entry level 3 Legged Thing.

Excellent Tripod
Have enjoyed using this tripod. It is relatively light, but still stable. Have used it backpacking in the Lake District. Like the added function of a built in monopod.
