Worked perfect for what I needed it for, good water tight fit. Wished it came in black but I just gave it a light sanding and spray painted it black

It was acquired because I needed a sealed box that would hold its position under punishing conditions and protect the circuits inside from everything the environment could throw at it. On unboxing, the ABS shell gave an immediate impression of overbuilt confidence. There’s no flex, no hollow rattle, no weak hinge tolerances. The kind of construction where you can feel the engineering decisions. The kind of product that doesn’t apologize for being heavier than expected, because durability is non-negotiable. The hinge is not decorative. It’s functional hardware. It opens cleanly, closes solidly, and seats with a uniform pressure that tells you the gasket is making full contact. When you clamp it shut, the seal engages with a quiet finality, like you’ve locked down a piece of equipment meant to survive a storm. Deployed outdoors, the enclosure endured: • direct rainfall • freezing temperatures • heat exposure • constant vibration from a mounted installation • dust and sediment blown in from a jobsite The interior stayed bone-dry. Not a trace of moisture, not a hint of condensation. Cable penetrations remained tight and the internal hardware was untouched by the chaos outside. This box doesn’t merely resist weather. Recommend wide adoption for outdoor sensors, communication housings, field lighting systems, and any mission-critical electronics that require a protected, sealed environment.

Not as tough or thick as Bud or Hammond, but it does the job. I ended up selecting this enclosure because it was in a size that worked for me. Also, the way they handle the mounting worked out well. The hinges and latch are not as good as you can find with more industrial enclosures, but if no one messes with the box, I think it will be fine. The gasket looks good. I think it will be relatively water tight. All of the mounting is done external to the enclosure to reduce the chance of a leak. I did not use the included cable strain relief. I used something else.

It works for what I need. Unfortunately i can secure what's inside because the grid holes are too small.

Unit is as described, I used it to put a wifi extender(Starlink mesh). Seals tight, mounting tabs are great, Easy to mount.
