shiny packaging makes instructions hard to read. no scoop supplied so it is a guesstamation on how much you use and the taste is not the best, kind of chocolate caramel but from where?. Not horrible but 2 scoops for 20 g works out not so cheap!

i read reviews that it smells like puke and tastes awful but i thought it was actually nice, mixes well with milk and has a strong caramel taste more so than chocolate but is enjoyable nonetheless...That's the taste - but, i didn't buy it to taste nice; i wanted it to build muscle after workouts. After a week of using it i felt flat and a bit watery, plus recovery after lifting weights felt longer than it does with my usual protein. As a protein powder the ratios of protein - carbs - fat aren't ideal and i'd assume from my experience with it that the raw ingredients are poor quality..Only bought it to bridge a gap while i was waiting for my go to powder to arrive but in that short time i did notice a change for the worse in my body composition and even strength so i wouldn't recommend this.

I am sorry to say that this was literally the worst tasting protein powder I have ever had..Taste: 0/10 Tasted like plastic/puke no vanilla flavour at all, I literally heaved after taking a sip.. the aftertaste stayed with me for hoursMixability: 3/10 Mixed with 300ml water, shook it for a solid couple of minutes but it was still lumpy and thickPackaging: 2/10 There was no scoop inside, they recommended on the pack that you measure out with a tablespoon (seriously?) Package was difficult to resealHonestly I know it looks cheap and like a good deal, but for the love of god please don't buy this awful powder, spend £5 more and get something that is actually fit for human consumption

doesn't mix well. Flavor a bit strong and not natural. Wont buy again

Chocolate Caramel tastes disgusting, can`t say if good for protein as cannot drink so gone in the bin.
