I have Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and have just purchased these for the first time after hearing about them for a couple of years. Worth it’s price
My husband’s review was really worth the money yes it’s a bit expensive but it’s worth it he that’s before gym and he gets such a shot or energy can push more weight and gives him so much energy feels good.

Boost your hydration
These sachets were recommended to me by my son and I’ve been taking them since September while in L A so I ordered some more. They helped immensely with my sodium levels and they are very easily mixed and a lovely taste. I thought they were a bit pricey though! I have to limit my daily dose to every other day.

Box was damaged. The salt was moist and the taste is not the original one but very bad. Seems like it was not stored properly. Do not recommend at all.

Best tasting electrolytes I have had, a bit salty to start but once you get used to it they are fantastic! I wish they were more affordable but definitely worth the money. I used them for a hockey tournament and this is the first time my legs didn't cramp up around game 4-5
