Makes a lovely pie. Pastry tastes lovely and is easy to use. It only makes 3 pies. It would be nice if it were in a tub in bigger quantities because if you are using you will make a bulk amount and will freeze. Please make in bulk packs, it really is good stuff.

Easier to use than most similar products.particularly liked the tip of using cling film in rolling the pastry. The coeliac recipient said the mince pies I made were as good as he remembered "ordinary" pastry. A success !!

Worked beautifully
Bought this to make apple pie for my brother who is Gluten Free. It mixed nicely, rolled out well and cooked to a slight crisp. I tried it and found it very acceptable.
