My new compact radio/cd system is just the right size! I've been looking for a quality product with good sound for a small space & this purchase has exceeded expectations! Easy set up, comes with a remote control and packs a punch on both the looks and sound definition! Got my favorite stations loaded on memory and have been enjoying the tunes since day one !

I got this as a replacement for a kitchen radio that stopped working. For an inexpensive unit it sounds great with adequate bass/mid/treble. I think some of the reviewers are expecting $1000 sound for $40-$50, which isn’t going to happen at this price point.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this for a stereo outside it replaced my old one which was a better stereo but judging by the reviews, I thought this one could put out a little more volume and also the base does not work very well. It’s almost ridiculous. Easy to set up easy to understand instructions. The stereo will be staying outside through winter and summer all seasons. My other stereo did fine for six years. We’ll see how this one goes. For the value this stereos pretty good maybe just not what I’m looking for.

Look, I knew that this would be cheap. I wanted a simple pair of speakers I could listen to while in my room at a moderate volume. I considered the CD player an added bonus, and a worthwhile upgrade over just bluetooth speakers.Its terrible.The blue screen stays on all the time due to this primarily being an alarm clock based on the space the alarm functions take up on the control panel and remote. That wouldn't be the worst, except the screen is unreadable from almost every angle. Looking head on? Nothing. Slightly from the side? Nothing. I can only see the display at very steep angles, and then it's just a glimmer. I've literally never seen an LCD display with such unreadable characters and bizarre viewing angles. I mean it, I am looking at it right now and its as if its just an illuminated blue rectangle.The remote is the so light and flimsy, its a slightly textured sticker instead of buttons. By the way, the remote can't even control the volume! It could serve some function of changing the modes, but with the unreadable display, good luck telling which mode you are on as you cycle through them.The bluetooth worked... once. I have since been unable to get any sound from it again. (I work in technology, have had many bluetooth devices. I really don't suspect this is user error.)The sound quality is abysmal. I had low expectations, but compared to a $40 bluetooth speaker, the bass is non-existent. Not like "I want booming bass", but more like "Damn, shouldn't this song have a baseline? At all?" It sounds almost as if that was EQed away to accommodate and underpowered amplifier. It sounds worse than any budget car speaker system. It sounds worse than the speakers built into a cheap tv. It sounds worse than high end laptop speakers.I really regret throwing out the packaging, as they looked fine at first glance. I struggle to think of a use-case for these. The lack of working bluetooth means they sit silently on my shelf. I am going to just throw them away entirely. I would feel guilty about that, but its Magnavox that is making this crap, not me.

I use it at night for soft music to go to sleep! It’s perfect.

I like to listen to music when I am on my treadmill. It keeps me motivated to step to the beat. The writing is so small on the stereo that I can't read anything on it without a flashlight. That means I have to stop the treadmill, walk over to it, and shine a flashlight on it to be able to see the functions. The remote does not work well for me because it is also hard to read. I regret getting it in black, which is harder to read. I also regret getting such a small unit, although I purchased it because it fits in a tight space.

It sounds better than what you might think because of its size, it’s well worth the $

Al principio muy bien, pero dos o tres días después de la recepción del producto ya no leyó los discos compactos. Es una lástima porque los materiales del producto son buenos, el color, los acabados y las otras funciones también ... pero la calidad del lector de discos compactos fue mala y la pantalla azul que indica funciones, estaciones de radios, etc, tambien falló: en conclusión, el producto salió defectuoso y lo tuve que devolver. Afortunadamente Amazon me respaldó y realice la devolución sin mayor contratiempo; pero perdí mi tiempo en embalar el producto y llevarlo a un centro de DHL por qué no puedo programar una recolección..
