I absolutely love these resistance bands! As a visual person, the fact that each strength level is represented by a different and gentle color makes it easy for me to quickly grab the one I need without having to read the labels. These bands are also very thick and durable, so I feel confident in their ability to withstand my workouts. Although they have to be folded to fit into the carrying pouch, I usually don't use the pouch since I only use one band at a time. Overall, these bands have been a fantastic addition to my at-home workout routine and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality resistance bands. Plus, the cute colors are an added bonus!

So happy they are 10 " not 12 ". Good tight resistance!

These bunch and roll up the second you put them on making them completely unusable. The colors are not accurate. And they do not fit into the bag provided with them. I returned them as soon as I got them.

When I first got them I loved them but one of them broke after A WEEK of use??? And not even like super intense use. Bad quality:(

Great product and the bag is really handy, just need to fold the bands in half to get them to fit. Also, the customer service by this company is truly top notch!! They followed up right away to confirm my satisfaction with their product and promptly responded with simple instructions to help me get the bands into the carrying pouch. Durable and high-quality!

Really love these resistance bands! I loved that there are many different levels of resistance depending on what type of workout you're doing (not just 2 or 3). They stay put, and are comfortable without digging in. The fabric band is beautiful and seems like it'll hold up for a long time. Nice little bonus having the carrying bag to keep everything organized. I really enjoyed the small touch of the heart rate graphic increasing with the increase in resistance - great idea. This would make a great gift for the fitness buff in your life or a great addition to a home gym.

Winsharp resistance bands are by far the best resistance bands for working out with a variety of resistant and colours, that took my workout routine to the next level. Would highly reccommend these fairly priced and good quality bands

The bands arrived promptly, and the seller sent me a PDF for free with my order, with pictures showing how to do staple exercises like kickbacks, pullovers, &c.I have no complaints with the quality of the bands. The smell is a bit "rubbery" and may be off-putting to some, but that's nit-picking to say the least. They look sharp, come with a travel bag, and are intelligently incremented.EDIT: I have abused the bands, which is mostly my fault, and 3/5 of them broke. This is not really with repetitive abuse, it's more due to several cases of acute abuse. Be wary of pushing these bands too far, especially the lightest three.

Pretty basic resistance bands, but comes in handy small pouch for travel etc. The resistance on the heaviest band (45lbs) felt a bit light but overall a great tool to have in quarantine! Seller also sent ebook of good exercises you can do with them.
