This cap is wonderful for migraine sufferers! I keep 2 of these in the freezer at all times. The cap is a generous size for those of us with a little larger heads. It says cool for probably 10+ minutes. I have had my first one for about 2 years now, and it is durable. I have recommended this item to my friend, who also purchased one after trying mine. She loves it, too. I find personally that this helps as a last resort when I have a headache that nothing else seems to fully alleviate, as well as at the onset of a headache when I don’t necessarily want to take medication. You can pull it down over your eyes if you are experiencing light sensitivity or want a dark environment to rest. I would highly recommend.

As a family of migraine and accident prone folk we love these caps. They are soft, flexible and freeze our headaches away. Our only complaint is they do not stay cold for very long and don't have the gel on the top of the head for those BP spike headaches. I get 30 to 45 minutes of cold which does help but on a bad day I need more, so we bought two. Which works but I really wish they stayed cold longer.

This cap has been a game changer for my migraines. I get them at the base of my head towards the back and this "ice pack beanie" has become an essential. It doesn't rid me of the migraine but definitely provides substantial reliefI like how this one has the top covered so my hair doesn't poke out the top and look goofy like other ones. The gel is pretty thick on both fronts and back. The top is just fabric but it prevents it from looking too silly on my head . Looks like a beanie and I usually wear it like one when I need to move around the house and see where I'm going. Also good to wear during extreme heat in the summer as a way to keep cool.I've had mine for about 2 months now and plan on getting another one to swap them out back and forth when the other gets warm from use. I suffer from sever migraines. I had no issues with size as it fit comfortably and compressed decently without feeling like you are suffocating. the material itself was cooling and often I did not need to put it in the freezer. however about 20 minutes in the freezer and it was ready. it was not the most attractive thing to wear, but it was comfortable and relieved some of the major pounding.

I don't get migraines but my head will ache sometimes due to clenching my jaw at night, even though I wear a mouth guard. I have only worn the mask at room temp and for my needs and level of discomfort the coolness the mask retains, so far is sufficient and satisfies my needs. I feels so good on my eyes and temples and relieves me. I even almost fall asleep because it is so soothing. I can imagine that if I did suffer from migraines, a refrigerated or colder mask would be the ticket.

I really wanted/needed to like this product. I’ve been dealing with non stop headaches for the past week and I was so hopeful. The mask cools very quickly but, it also looses the cold quickly. I have extremely long hair and there is no place for my hair to go so the mask kept sliding off my head. I had to sit up, perfectly still to keep it on. I will try another mask but this one just didn’t do it for me.
