This faucet is an excellently crafted device. It is well constructed and nicely finished. The sensors, contrary to some other reviews that I read, have the right sensitivity and operate the faucet valve correctly. Something to be taken into account: I have a flow of 4.1 litres/minute on the hot water and more than 5 litres/minute on the cold water pipe without the pump operating. If I try to operate the faucet with the mixer in full hot, the flow is not enough to make the pump to start, while in full cold position the pump starts with no issues. In my case, I have a positive head pump. In conclusion, I would recommend to either make sure that the flow in any of your pipes in equal or higher to 5 litres/minute or use a negative head pump. Also the M10 pipes coming with my gfaucet were 600mm long, which is great for situations where your main pipes are a bit further. However, being longer, they introduce a higher pressure loss, which in my case, it did not help. I replaced them by 400 mm long and that only helper a lot to start the pump. All this has nothing to do with the faucet itself, which works well and I fully recommend.

The tap is quite good. Water pressure was more than expected but the tap itself was much bigger than expected.

This was a purchase for a commercial property. Lovely size, style and function. Great value and doesn’t look cheap at all.

Wonderful tap, I really like it. It looks so smart and works really well - I wanted a single lever tap for my basin. You need to seal it with silicone at the bottom, the gasket isn't thick enough to seal on its own, by the way. Sticks out over the basin a useful length. The hoses are of a useful length and have an adaptor for normal (UK?) pipe feed connectors. It's also easy to clean, and looks fantastic.

There is no information to be found anywhere on what size the hot and cold flex hose fittings are. They have female fittings that seem impossible to match. I have tested multiple options (1/4" NPT, 1/4" BSP, 1/8" BSP, 3.4" NPT, 3/4" BSP and 10mm all either too big or small ... is this a 9mm fitting??! Never hear of it and seems impossible to source. So what is it? I've had plumbers in who could not match the fitting. I'm likely left with no option but to return this tap. Extremely frustrated, I hope CREA or the supplier will clarify so I don't have to do so.

I bought this a year ago. The mirrored top seems glamorous, but you have to wipe it clean every time you use it else limescale builds up which looks unsightly and is difficult to remove. Also the chrome plating has peeled off in a little place near the side sensor, hardly noticeable, but still. An excellent idea though is having the 2 sensors as you don't have to activate the flow every few seconds by waving your hand.

Fácil de instalar y funciona perfectamente. Me parece muy cómodo, aunque sobre eso hay opciones encontradas en casa. Yo el único defecto que le encuentro es que la parte superior se mantiene brillante y preciosa poco tiempo: como es plana, acumula gotas fácilmente y marcas de cal.

Funciona como descrito, mas poderia ser uns 5 cm mais baixa. A altura faz projetar a água das mãos para fora do lavatório.
