Q: My watch is not charging, am I doing something wrong?

Thank you for your question. Please check if the position of the charging cable is connected properly. Also if you touch the back of the watch or if there is an obstruction at the back of the watch it shows P-On, meaning watch is charging but there is obstruction at the back of the watch. You should remove the obstruction from the back of the watch while charging the watch. If the watch is correctly charging then the bars of the watch should increase along with the battery percentage. Q: My sons watch will not charge.We were able to charge it on the first use but now it will not charge.

If you didn't have it very long then return it. I had the same issue. Since it doesn't take long to charge and lasts a long time, this time I'm only going to charge it for a couple hours and unplug it. I read somewhere on a similar watch that you have to ONLY charge it for 2 hours or they stop working. I'm not sure this is the case but it's worth a shot.
