Came days earlier than projected. Packed very, very well with almost no chance item could be damaged. Item is a piece of art and very well done. I'm no expert on crystal but this is a very nice, solid, classy looking piece. It weighs about 8 lbs and is a perfect size. You get to add a personalization with a generous number of characters allowed and they send you a copy of what it will look like before the purchase is finalized. They then ask for any questions and then your permission to proceed, which is a great business practice. I'm very happy with this purchase and can recommend them. I would use them in the future. having spent 28 years in the Army and now 17 years as a DA civilian I have seen hundreds of Farwell ceremonies when folks depart a unit or job. there is almost always some kind of present given, most often plaques, pictures or framed memorabilia. This crystal eagle I orders will be given to a departing boss later this month and the quality, appearance and engaged message I am certain it will be well received and not end up on a shelf in the garage as often happens with plaques and things like that. It is classy, yet understated.
