I was expecting this henna to be not the best quality for the price that they charge for it, but honestly this henna was amazing!!! This henna worked so well and was very easy to use and make designs on your hand or wherever you wanted to put it. At first when you wipe the henna off it leaves a bright, orange stain, but after about 20-24 hours it turns into a beautiful dark reddish brown color that lasts a surprisingly long time. If you do the henna on your hand, it tends to fade faster because of washing your hands constantly, but I did some on my legs and it lasted for weeks!

These henna cones are fantastic! They come ready to use, which saves so much time and effort. I bought these as practice cones so i could use them without having to worry about if i was wasting my other high quality henna I work with. i know the difference between homemade henna and manufactured henna and this just solidified the difference haha. Im not mad at it because it still comes out the tube and smells like henna, and it probably stains but i have tested the stain on my hand compared to my homemade henna and long story short it dosent compare. This henna didnt stain at all within the minute and a half it was on my skin (yes thats a short time but if its good henna it should stain orange a little) and my homemade henna stained that good light orange. Again, giving it a 4 star just because it works for me either way even if its not amazing quality because its for practice, not serious designs. (Honestly if its dosent stain, great! Then i can practice on anyone and it wont matter if i mess up or dont like it!) 🤷🏻But PSA: if you are wanting a good quality henna cone, this isn’t particularly it due to to the tips of every cone being completely crushed apon opening and i have no idea how long it would even take to actually stain you.

I was very hopeful about this Henna. I like the smell and the consistency. It was not too liquidy and not too dry so it went on well and stuck well. Unfortunately, despite leaving it on overnight and avoiding water for 24 hours, it did not give a very robust color. What's more, it didn't last very long either. After a few washes of my hands, it was already fading. I know it's labeled as being for hair so I cannot speak to its effectiveness as a hair color, but since most people are ending up using it for their hands I can tell you it's not the best option

At first, I loved this product, especially with all the dangers that can come from using imitation, chemical based henna stains. So, I was immediately attracted to this brand for the price point, the quantity, the reviews, and the two day shipping. I love doing henna tattoos on myself and others. Unfortunately, I also use it as a lipliner. That being said, it was a dead giveaway that this is not 100% henna. See, when you use henna on a sensitive area, such as the skin of your lips verses the skin on any other body part, it should be just as if you were putting it on any other body part; i.e. other than something wet being there that dries down, you really shouldn't know that it's there. Well, for the first few seconds, the henna felt normal. Then, those few seconds were up. My lips where I had laid down the henna went numb. This is proof that this henna has more chemical components than we've been told and unfortunately, we'll never be told the truth of it as there is no law saying they have to disclose every ingredient through amazon. I really originally loved this product, but now I have to question the safety as far as repeated usage goes and what harm it could be doing through the constant exposure. I may just have to start purchasing the powder and making my own 😕

Daughter gave herself a beautiful henna hand tattoo with it. Plans to do more.
