Mostly useful, helpful
Definitely contains some good strategies for changing your habits as well as some life changing ones, like the five-second rule. A gem. That was was exceedingly useful and helped me overcome at least some of my tendency to procrastinate. Other areas of advice were just common sense, practical and not new. Will skim the book again to implant the best of it into my brain.

Another good read
One thing learned in this book is how the author almost didn't become one. So far I've read 4 books published by Daniel and I'm glad that there was a push towards becoming one. Each book has helped to identify ways that maybe I'm being too stagnent or can improve. All because Daniel took a chance and followed their dreams.

I recommend anyone who is struggling with bad habits to read this book!Definitely helped me be more disciplined in creating good habits that will take me to be successful.

A MUST READ FOR SLACKERS
I gotta tell you this is the book to start your New Years off with. Once you read this book there’s no way you should be stuck in last years or past behaviors. Great book if your looking to change and move forward in life.

Good book on Habits
Nice to learn new ways to have great habits. The book will definitely help to transform oneself. Daniel Walter has written great insights in his book " Power of Self Discipline" which I liked too.
