I bought this Boston shaker as I work in a bar and I wanted a similar shaker as the one I use at work for at home. Seems to be descent quality, maybe a little bit more fragile than the one at my work but dosent really matter as Im unlikely to be as rough with it, as I can take more time at home. Although the shaker its self is descent quality, I would have to say that the muddler could do with improving. Also I have noticed some of the reviews complained about the spoon in the set, mine is the same as the picture and basically the same as the one at my work bar being lighter. Maybe this was changed due to people complaining. Overall Im very pleased with this product.

This has all you need but presentation is poor. This will be a gift and I feel I have to add something to it to make it look more presentable and good quality. the quality is fine but it's just been stuffed in a box and addressed, not a presentation box, so i knocked a star off for that.

I had been using one of the Classic Old Fashioned Cocktail Shakers but found it leaked occasionally when shaken which was a shame as the product looked elegant. I was therefore looking for something more practical. My g/f and I are both cocktail fans and I have long made my own cocktails and this product is excellent. You will soon be making professional standard cocktails with this kit whether you prefer a Sidecar or a Rob Roy you will be able to produce either with aplomb.

It turned up with a cobbler shaker and not a Boston shaker. Shame as otherwise a good set.

Purchased as a present, he wanted a set with all the necessary things in it and that's what he got. I thought I would go for these as they were a reasonable price and he could purchase 'better' ones if he needed to. He didn't. He is learning the trade and found this set just right.

Great starter kit.

Fantastic quality and packaged well as this was a gift for a friend. Great value for money and the book has excellent drink recipes whcih are easy to follow. Bought it for a man who has everything but likes a party.
