Customer service appalling. And have not replaced cap as promised or provided refund. Best not use this retailer

I’ve used it now for 9 months. Didn’t use it when away on trips. But when at home used it 3 to 5 times a week. Started at 10 mins then 20 mins week 2 and then the full 30 mins week 3. And with regain which ive used for some time and it’s really improved my hair density. I also use hair vitamins. Happy to recommend this for sure. I wanted to wait to do this review. Give it the best chance

First one arrived and didn’t work, completely dead. The seller replaced it and refunded postage. It will take some months to see if it actually helps but, fingers crossed.

I have been waiting 5 months for a defective battery, go elsware

Let me start by saying that I have spent hours researching about hair loss & treatments online, and that I am not an expert on the subject nor I'm giving you advice on what you should do. I have also spent lots of money over the years trying on different hair loss products unsuccessfully (Vitamins, Shampoos, Conditioners, Supplements, Serums, Oils etc.). I have finally found a combination of home treatments that seem to work for me. These include: - Minoxidil foam 2 times a day / everyday. - Illumiflow Laser Helmet Cap every other day for 30 min (I have been using it for 3 months and have noticed positive results already). - Saw Palmetto supplements daily. My hair loss has been reduced significantly. Hair looks thicker. I see regrowth too. Overall, I am happy with the results so far.

Too early to comment on how good the Illumiflow cap is for hair loss and generating hair growth. However early impressions are is if LLLT is going to work, then this cap will do the trick. Delivery and communication from the seller was excellent.

Product not giving any new hair growth

The product works and the customer service is excellent.

Product fits description and number of laser diodes. Works as described in the short manual. Received almost a week earlier than forecasted. I recommend.

Il prodotto come tutti i prodotti per capelli non fa miracoli ma, se usato con costanza, secondo la mia esperienza, permette di aumentare il calibro di quelli esistenti e di renderli dunque più coprenti e visivamente migliori. Il venditore è il numero uno. Dopo 7 mesi di utilizzo la batteria si è guastata. Dopo averlo contattato mi ha fatto avere in due giorni una batteria nuova senza tante domande e senza farmi spendere un centesimo. Mai visto un servizio di assistenza così efficiente.
