I bought this for cutting of a skin tag on my neck and it worked perfectly! - I applied the cream in a thick layer over the skin tag and left it for 35 minutes then snipped it off with very little pain, practically no pain, I would give it a 3 on pain scale, previous Lidocaine creams were not strong enough as I always felt the pinch but this stuff works!

I am getting laser tattoo removal currently and put this on two hours before and wrapped with cling wrap - literally made the pain so manageable compared to other creams i’ve used .

Actually bought this because our vet said this would help with swelling from a surgery on our dog. It did help but I've got nothing for what it was actually made for.

Very effective. It seems to provide more pain and itch relief than Preparation H. It's not cheap but I think it's worth it.
