This had no positive effect on my GI tract. I've been detoxing for two decades and used several aids in the past. This was by far the most expensive and ineffective product I've ever used. I was influenced by the pretty packaging and ratings here on Amazon but I regret this purchase. The seller does not offer refunds even though this is an Amazon Prime product. I do not recommend.
